Production & Delivery Times

Thank you for choosing Dolly Delight. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed, handcrafted, and delivered to your doorstep.

Your Estimated Arrival = Processing time + Production Time + Shipping Time

1. Order Processing Time

Duration: All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Changes & Cancellations: You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order without any additional charges.

2. Production Time (Handcrafting Phase)

Each of our products is a unique work of art, meticulously handmade by our skilled artisans.

Duration: Production takes 6-9 days from the date of order.

Pre-shipping Preview: Once completed, we will send a preview photo to your email for approval.

Modifications: You are entitled to one (1) modification based on the preview.

Auto-Approval: If we receive no response within 48 hours of sending the preview, we will proceed to ship your order automatically to ensure timely delivery.

3. Shipping Times & Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure safe delivery.

Please note: Customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier delays are occasionally beyond our control.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Shipping Information Accuracy: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please double-check your details at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at support@dollydelight.co as soon as possible.

Tracking Number: Provided within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

No Multiple Addresses: We cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders if needed.

Military Zones: We currently cannot ship to military zones (APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

Lost Shipments: If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with you to provide a reshipment or refund.
